Houston, Texas, December 17, 2021. Superior Integrity INC has acquired Desert NDT LLC from Shawcor Ltd. Under Shawcor Ltd., Desert NDT LLC operated publicly as Shawcor Inspection Services or SIS. Superior Integrity INC will continue to operate Desert NDT LLC under its current legal name and do business as Superior Integrity Services.
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Desert NDT LLC offers nondestructive testing (NDT), inspection, and pipeline integrity services to upstream and midstream customers throughout the Gulf Coast, Midwest, and Northern regions of the United States.

We are well prepared to continue our industry leading services to our upstream and midstream customers and we are excited to diversify the business into new markets as well.”
The structure of the acquisition allows Superior Integrity INC to operate Desert NDT LLC as Superior Integrity Services with very little disruptions to our customers and employees. Superior Integrity INC was formed by four SIS managers, David Ezzell, Darryl Ezzell, Brandon McLaughlin, and Addison Brown. The new ownership team is excited to continue working with every current employee and customer.
